Meiyin and Lishan - old style

Two characters from this terrible fantasy novel I've been plotting and planning for more years than I'd like to admit to. Every time I start writing the damn thing, I get a few thousand words written and then decide it's all wrong and I need to start from the drawing board again.

Meiyin (right) and Lishan (left) are brother and sister who are on a mission to save their race from extinction. I really enjoy their interactions, which is a shame, because in the story's current incarnation, Lishan spends most of the book in a coma. Oops.
